Refund Policy

Digital Products
All sales of digital products — including ebooks, downloads, templates, and digital access — are final. Due to the nature of digital delivery, I do not offer refunds after a purchase is completed.
If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product within 7 days of purchase, please contact us at theofficialdm@devinmarshall.info and I will work to resolve the issue.
Physical Products (Merch)
Physical merchandise is fulfilled on-demand through Printful. Because items are printed specifically for each order, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. Defective items will be replaced at no cost. Replacement requests are handled through Printful.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a paid billing cycle.
Creator Support Tips
Creator support tips are payments that back Devin Marshall's content, community workshops, and portfolio projects. Tips are associated with the content and programs Devin produces and are generally non-refundable once processed.
Recurring support subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account portal.
